Tracking and moments

Tracking watches the accounts you target and the people on their committees. Each change (a stated priority, a leadership move, a talk, a funding round) is scored. When the changes at one account add up, Verentis raises a moment to reach out.

What gets watched

Watchlists are created for you:

• The account itself, checked daily, from news and public registers.
• Each committee member, checked every 14 days, from news and the professional sites in their footprint.

Only accounts you target and people already on a committee are watched. If a person opts out, their watchlist is deleted straight away.

Act on a moment

1. Open Tracking. Moments also appear on Home under Needs you.
2. On the Moments tab, each card shows the account, its momentum (how strongly the changes add up), the suggested person, and each change with its date and Source link.
3. Choose what to do:
   • Draft first message: Verentis writes a short message that cites these changes. Read it on the card; it is never sent from here.
   • Snooze a week: hide the moment for seven days.
   • Dismiss: you have seen it and will not act.

Changes and watchlists

• Changes lists every change in the last 30 days, newest first, with its score and source.
• Watchlists lists what is watched, how often, and when it was last checked. Turn the switch off to pause a watchlist, and on again to resume it.

You can also pause a watchlist from a company’s detail panel, under Watching.

Check now

Checks run on their own with the agents. To check every due watchlist straight away, press Check now at the top right, or choose Check tracking now in the command palette.

News comes from Google News feeds at no cost. With a Serper key, Verentis also runs web searches, which use credits. See Credits and the wallet.
